On BU Giving Day, Spark! Ambassadors are raising funds to support student-driven initiatives that will create a vibrant and inclusive community of tech majors at BU. Spark! Ambassadors lead a variety of initiatives aimed at building practical skills for real-world projects, connecting students to peers with similar interests, and helping them access resources to ensure they thrive in their personal and academic journeys.

As an innovation and experiential learning lab for computing and data science projects, Spark! is unique in its mission to serve students from a variety of majors who are interested in exploring different pathways, translating theory into practice, and understanding the societal impact of technology. The Spark! space on the 2nd floor of the new Center for Computing & Data Sciences creates a central location for students to engage around these common interests, with the support and facilitation of the dynamic Spark! Ambassadors.
